You got out of bed, took a shower, put some clothes on and maybe even made some breakfast before walking out the door. Don’t underestimate your ability to get shit done!
Over the next week, month or year that it takes you to get through this book it’s my hope that you recognize how awesome you already are, and that it's okay to stumble along the way as long as you keep moving forward.
I created this book because I found that many people, including myself, have a lot of challenges effectively setting and achieving goals.
The little things that we do everyday are significantly more important than we give ourselves credit for and I want to help you build on those little things to achieve your loftiest goals.
Through my research in this area I learned so much about goal setting and its helped me separate out what actually maters from the background noise.
I’ve gotten much better at recognizing and rewarding my accomplishments and it’s given me a better sense of who I am and the power that I have to achieve the things I want.
